Honour Your Loved Ones with Our Military and Memorial Plaques
Since ancient times, people have sought ways to memorialize important leaders of their society, as well as their cherished loved ones. The Egyptians built pyramid tombs to their pharaohs, while the Greeks and Chinese constructed impressive and beautiful temples. Today’s society is not really all that different. We still seek ways to honour the memory of our dead with unique memorial plaques and grave markers that immortalize their memory long after they are no longer with us.
If you’re looking to preserve the memory of a loved one or even that of an entire veterans group or military operation, Metalsigns.ca can help. We primarily use lead-free marine-grade solid billet, which is known for its rich, natural colour and unique contrast.
Available in aluminum, brass and bronze, our custom plaque offerings include:
The Private Robertson Coast Guard Vessel was the recipient of a large Bronze Plaque sponsored by Canadian Pacific Railway through their ongoing Military Recognition Program*. Private Robertson grew up an Alberta boy who fought in World War I. His leadership and fearlessness can only be realized by reading the story about his ultimate sacrifice. The events were a defining moment that helped win the war. We were honoured to participate in the design and manufacture of this plaque, mounted to the superstructure of the ship.

We were honoured when our quality bronze plaques took us overseas to Europe recently.
